I’m a freelance photographer and writer in the UK. As a specialist interior photographer I shoot domestic interiors and anything to do with the home, PR, people and events – editorially & commercially.
A key activity is producing feature packages on private homes, for home-interest magazines and national newspapers. I source homes myself, and offer them to suitable titles: this entails a variety of skills and I enjoy doing the whole bit. Editorial clients include The Guardian, The Sunday Times, Beautiful Kitchens, KBB, 25 Beautiful Homes, the Mail on Sunday’s YOU magazine, Build It, and so on. I’ve shot houses from the Pennines to Marrakech, and from Fishguard to Frankfurt…
I grew up in Norfolk, Egypt, the Midlands, Singapore, London, Shropshire (where I was schooled), then lived in the Home Counties, the North East – and finally Devon where I’ve been for nearly thirty years. I love the South Hams, but please don’t pigeonhole me as a Westcountry photographer: I commute, whether to the M25, the M60, or abroad. Talk to me about your editorial and commercial/advertising requirements, wherever you’re based.
